“Healthivism by Rosina” is ABOUt health coaching and plant-based cooking services.

I help CLIENTS to PRIORITIZE and upgrade THEIR HEALTH AND NUTRITION, by developing healthier and more balance eating and lifestyle habits, so they can experiment positive transformations in their lifes.

HEALTH IS WEALTH. And it starts in our PLATES. It's not the only form of nourishment, but is the first step to take if we want to manifest real and sustainable transformations in our health and wellbeing.

It's my MISSION to SIMPLIFY HEALTHY EATING by creating recipes made with fresh, extra-nutritious and minimally processed ingredients that are EASY, SIMPLE and DELICIOUS. So my clients can start to eat, feel and live better! 

There are no magic pills, it's our responsibility to give our bodies what they need in order to function properly. And as reward, they will give us the most amazing support and energy to perform and accomplish whatever we desire! My work is to remind you that we can always decide to make changes to a BETTER DIRECTION, if we want to. I will show you how to make it possible while keeping it SIMPLE and SUSTAINABLE to apply in real life.

"Healthivism by Rosina" is about enjoying delicious food while making HEALTH a conscious priority.

  • If you want to eat healthy, nutritious and delicious meals, made with fresh and minimally processed ingredients, with a plant-based focus (because you are starting to hear about the benefits of a plant-based diet).
  • If you want to get away from highly (unhealthy) processed foods and increase nutritious whole foods servings.
  • If you want to load your freezer with healthy alternatives, so you avoid “not good for you” ingredients from packaged and frozen food from the grocery store.
  • If you want to incorporate healthy yet tasty versions of foods that you and your family love like: pizza, bread, burgers, nachos, cheese, cookies, muffins, pancakes, ice cream, smoothies, granola bars, etc.
  • If you have to follow specific DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, like dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, soy-free, corn-free, sugar-free, due to a medical diagnose or treatment, allergy or food sensitivity.
  • If you want to increase your confidence in the kitchen and learn how to resolve nutritious tasty meals in less than 20-30 minutes.
  • If you want to accomplish specific health goals, like: EAT MORE NUTRITIOUS - LOOSE WEIGHT - REDUCE SUGAR CRAVINGS - HAVE MORE ENERGY - BOOST IMMUNITY - INCREASE FOCUS AND PRODUCTIVITY - REDUCE DEPENDANCE ON PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS, etc.
